Service Description

Complete attic insulation restoration package designed to remove contaminated or ineffective insulation and replace it with high-performance blown-in fiberglass insulation. This full-service solution improves energy efficiency, air quality, and overall home comfort by addressing all critical components of the attic system. Scope of Work: 1.) Insulation Removal & Disposal – Safe removal of existing insulation, with proper containment, sealing, and disposal of all materials. 2.) Attic Sanitization – Treatment of attic space using Sporicidin to eliminate bacteria, contaminants, and odors. 3.) Air Sealing – Sealing of all attic penetrations, gaps, and light fixtures to reduce air leakage and improve energy efficiency. 4.) Depth Ruler Installation – Installation of rulers every 100 sq. ft. to ensure accurate and consistent insulation depth. 5.) Baffle Installation – Installation of ventilation baffles at soffit vents to maintain proper airflow and prevent blockage. 6.) Blown-In Insulation Application – Installation of approximately 13 inches of fiberglass insulation to achieve an R-38 thermal value. 7.) Attic Door Cover Installation – Installation of an insulated attic access cover to reduce energy loss and improve system performance.
